Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a consumer, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure. Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you have purchased an item and are in any way dissatisfied (size or colour etc.), you may be able to make an exchange or request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
For returning products, you must ensure:
- That you have proof of purchase with the original order number.
- All items must be in uninstalled, unused as-new condition, with original undamaged packaging.
- When returning items, they are packaged securely and arrive back to us in a condition similar to that as supplied.
Please note that any shipping charges are non-refundable and the cost of returning the items are to be paid by you at the time of return.
To arrange a return, please call 1300 019 313 or email info@designerfans.com.au for a Return Authorisation. Items returned without a Return Authorisation may be rejected.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your ordered product is not received in good condition, contact us at info@designerfans.com.au and provide photos in support so we may arrange a replacement or refund. Upon installation, should your product be faulty, please refer to our warranty information and contact us at 1300 019 313 or by email info@designerfans.com.au

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
