Step One - Select a Size
Use our Room Size Guide to determine the most suitable sized ceiling fan for your space:
2) Fan Size (B)
This is the diameter (sweep) of the fan from blade tip to blade tip. For fans with a unique design or blade shape, the sweep indicates the total diameter of the blade(s) when spinning.
3) Ceiling Height (H)
The size guide is based on rooms with a 2.7 metre ceiling height. For lower ceilings such as 2.4 meters, smaller sized fans may be more desirable and better proportioned to the room.
Fan Size | |
---|---|
2.5m x 2.5m or below | 107cm or below |
3m x 3m | 132cm |
4m x 4m or above | 137cm or above |
Step Two - Select a Model
Step Three - Accessories
Lighting and Remote Control Most of our ceiling fan models are Light Kit adaptable, providing an optional lighting solution. For those ceiling fan models come with a wall switch control, remote control system is available as accessory.
High Ceiling If the ceiling is higher than 2.8m, an Extension Down Rod is recommended to lower the hanging height of the ceiling fan and provide optimal airflow.
Slope Ceiling In some houses there could be slope ceiling. Most of our ceiling fan models can be installed up to 28 degrees slope ceiling. If the angle of your ceiling is greater than that, a Slope Ceiling Kit is required and in most cases the Extension Down Rod would also be required for the installation.
